Seed Money Grant Applications Available Apply now for the CCCHS Seed Money Grant. The application form and description of the grant can be obtained by contacting Audrey Bucher, Chair, Seed Money Grant Committee, or download the forms below.

This grant may be awarded to members of CCCHS or other sponsored agencies. This grant is to be used within the calendar year for start-up funding for new programs and initiatives or for the expansion of existing programs. For the year 2008, $2,875 is available in the CCCHS budget for seed money may be given entirely to one agency, or split between two or more agencies.
