Flexible service hours available with up to 9 hours of treatment/week (Monday thru Friday)
Both traditional outpatient and the only intensive outpatient service in Northern Blair County

A multi-disciplinary team of caring individuals including a Certified Addictions Counselor & Licensed Social Worker
Individual, Family and Group Counseling available
Accepts medical assistance, Medicare and most other insurances
30/60/90 day follow-up assessments
Referrals & Admissions
The Substance Abuse Services program welcomes referrals from physicians, psychologists, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, family, mental health centers, clergy, schools, as well as self-referrals.

Admission Criteria
To enroll in outpatient Substance Abuse Services, a person must meet one or more of the following criteria:
There has been a persistent desire or unsuccessful effort to cut down or control substance abuse
There is continued use of substance despite awareness of difficulties with social, psychological and/or physical problems
He/she is motivated to seek treatment
The professionals from Substance Abuse Services will provide free assessments to determine admission.
